What is Gebeya?
Gebeya is chiefly an IT Academy offering intensive entry level and professional IT courses for Software Developers and IT Professionals by the end of which we offer certificates for the completion of the courses. We also provide a Project Management course at the end of which students become certified Project Managers.

The Gebeya Core is an entry level course given to those who had previously learned Computer Science, Software Engineering and other IT related fields. The goal of Gebeya Core is to offer both practical and technical skills that will prepare the trainee for a career as a software engineer. Moreover, the Gebeya core is a prep module and a sure path to be accepted in the Gebeya professional training, which requires more experience and qualifications.

The Gebeya Professional is an intensive training program designed for IT Professionals and Software Developers who have extensive practical knowledge and experience in the Gebeya Professional tracks. The course is delivered by expert trainers with industry knowledge and it requires a lot of dedication from the part of trainees to succeed but if completed, it will give unparalleled advantages in terms of career development and job opportunities.
What are the five training tracks of the Gebeya Professional?
Front End Engineering, Backend Engineering, UI/UX Engineering, DevOps Engineering and Mobile Application Engineering.
What are the requirements to taking a Gebeya Professional course?
In order to take a Gebeya Professional course, the trainee must possess significant practical knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of coding experience with a focus on one or more of the Gebeya Professional tracks.

What is the process of applying to the Gebeya Core, Professional or SAT Class?
Submit Application: after submitting your application through training@gebeya.com you will get an acknowledgement receipt via email from the Gebeya team.
Screening Process: your application will be put into a screening process queue for a review. After your application has been reviewed you will be called in for an exam.
Face to Face Interview: if you pass the exam then you will be called in for an interview. After the interview, you will receive an acceptance or denial decision status.
Acceptance/Rejection: if accepted, you will get a welcome package and invitation for orientation to meet the staff and instructors at Gebeya.
15. What is the class schedules of the courses at Gebeya like?
The class schedule for the courses at Gebeya is set for morning, afternoon and evening throughout the week except Sundays.
16. Does everyone who takes the training program get to become part of the Marketplace?
No, not everybody becomes part of the Marketplace. In order to become part of the Marketplace, trainees must show genuine dedication, diligence as well as performance in their respective tracks.
17. Does Gebeya offer Scholarship?
Yes, Gebeya offers full and partial scholarships for 25% of its applicants. The applicants eligible for financial aid will be selected through the screening process based on a combination of skill level and written request outlining special circumstances that would make it difficult for them to pay all or a portion of their tuition.
